The rustic Main House has 2 bedrooms plus a living room futon and 2 baths.

The Cabin has 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths.

The In-law Apartment is a studio with a full-size bed and 1 bath.

Yet, their modern interiors and conveniences make it very comfortable in this wooland setting.

High Cotton is actually three separate accommodations:

		The Cleaning Fee can be waived, if you clean the unit yourself. Ask for details.	No Sales Tax or other fees are charged at High Cotton, except the cleaning fee!
